In ERIC you can find literature reviews covering a particular subject, by going to ‘advanced search’ and limiting your search to publication type “Information analyses”. This search strategy will retrieve state-of-the-art papers, research summaries, and reviews of the literature on a topic.
If using the PsycINFO database, go to the 'advanced search' page and limit your search to the Methodology type 'Literature review'.
